of Swiss or far Northern Italian origin and having a rectangular top with an applied molded edge above a conforming case housing four drawers with bronze, probably original, hardware, the doors and sides detailed with a patterned inlay evoking the late Baroque, raised on a small plinth base and bracket feet, in very good condition, one minor antique replacement at top corner, hardware complete and appears original, no additional holes present, structurally very sound, minor wear at feet consistent with age and use
