Account Management

How do I create an account?

Your account with Robuck allows you to view your order history, save addresses and payment information, and access our “Designer Log-In” to save items you see on our site to custom “Portfolios” that you create. If you are an interior designer or otherwise in the trade, you may upload your tax forms for us to have on file through your account. You may create an account with Robuck here.

How do I access the designer log-in?

Anyone who creates an account with Robuck may also access the designer log-in, allowing you to organize and save images of items you see on our site into custom “Portfolios.” You may create “Portfolios” for anything from different design projects, to personal inspiration!

Orders & Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

Robuck accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for online payments. Please contact usto discuss additional payment options.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Online purchases shipped to Georgia will automatically have sales tax applied.

I am interested in an item that is listed as “Sale Pending” - how may I be added to the waitlist should this item become available?

Please contact us and include the name and item number of the piece in which you are interested. We will follow-up with you in regards to the status of this item.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available to me for items I purchase through Robuck?

You may choose to ship your items either through Robuck’s preferred shipping service, or by arranging for shipping using your own resources and preferences. We cannot guarantee the safety of any items that we do not ship ourselves. If you choose to ship through Robuck, you will also be required to purchase insurance on your items. Due to the unique and rare nature of our inventory, we highly encourage that you choose to ship and insure your purchases with Robuck.

What is your shipping policy?

Should you choose to ship your items with Robuck, we offer the following rates and terms:

All small items and accessories ship for free and will be marked as such on the site.

For all other items:

For items shipping to Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky or Alabama, you will be charged a flat rate of $350 for your first item, and $100 for each additional item.

For items shipping to Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, West Virginia, and Iowa, you will be charged a flat rate of $500 for your first item, and $100 for each additional item.

For all other states, you will be charged a flat rate of $650 for your first item, and $150 for each additional item.

At this time, we regret that we are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

If you choose to ship through Robuck, we require that you purchase insurance on all items being shipped. An additional fee of 2% of each item’s price will be added to your final shipping rate for this standard insurance coverage.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Due to the unique nature of our merchandise, all sales are always final, and we are unable to accept returns. Before making a purchase with Robuck online, you will be asked to accept these terms.

Terms & Conditions

What are the terms and conditions of purchasing through Robuck?

Due to the unique nature of our merchandise, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept any returns. Before making a purchase with Robuck online, you will be asked to accept these terms. Full payment, including shipping and insurance costs (should you choose to purchase those services through Robuck), for all items purchased through our site is due at the time of purchase. Sales tax will be added into your final total should your item be shipping to an address in the state of Georgia.

You may choose to ship your item(s) using our preferred shipping service, or you may arrange for your own shipping. Please note that we cannot guarantee or provide any sort of refund or return on any items that you ship yourself should they be damaged during transit.

You may place an item on hold (“Sale Pending”) for three (3) before purchasing. Please contact us should you like first right of refusal on an item you see on our site.

Please contact us should an item you ordered arrive damaged, or should there be any other extenuating circumstances.
