The two-piece construction of mahogany, the fluted body with pecky type mahogany has a side opening, the upper section or "drum" opening to house the original works with a gilded metal finish, the works cleaned and in fine working order, clock has original pendulum, replaced weight and handle crack, runs for 8 days on a wind and strikes on the hour.
