beautifully proportioned "wing" chair of the period and upholstered in antique velvet with brass nailheads, the bowed arms extending to an overturned carved scrolls on turned supports, the legs incorporating the same cup and trumpet turnings and joined by a carved stretcher with delicately carved finial, resting on raised turned feet. In exceptional condition, the upholstery usable.
