Having splayed sides with decorative carvings consisting of triple elongated hexagons as vertical stretchers, the sides above a sturdy and reinforced frame raised on eight fluted and tapering legs, now upholstered in a chartreuse velvet with a pair of lovely matching velvet bolsters, last quarter of the 18th century.
