Having four distinct tiers of scrolling ironwork, the scrolls connected by segmented glass bead chain with hanging prisms, the central standard is silver gilded wood and is divided among the tiers, the lowest tier with shaped arms and small bobeches, having a gilt-metal terminal at its bottom, mid-19th century.
