The lantern hanging from a shaped metal handle previously used to carry the lantern by han, having a turned circular top and four turned finials above a vertically rectangular case with spiral twisted corners, the front door decorated with brass scrolls and opening to reveal a single candle, raised on four turned bun feet, height of lantern itself from foot to finial is 16.5 inches.
