a beautiful example of the strong and stylistic furniture of Bologna in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy during the Baroque period; having a thick rectangular top with angled "scantonata" corners above a conforming case with shaped raised panels, two drawer over two door construction, completely decorated in antique brass rosettes and half rounds, retaining antique pulls, raised on a plinth form base, the scantonata construction continuing to the bracket front projected feet
