the inlaid and ebonized molded top having canted corners above a conforming case with three inlaid drawers over three open bookshelves, continuing to a lower section with two doors, the middle section with three shelves and one lower drawer, inlaid throughout with fruitwood in patterns of the baroque style, the doors with leaves at the corners, the case raised on brackets and ending in turned pear feet, probably from Lombardy, Italy. In excellent condition, having been recently refreshed.
